We have been using Olson Appliance for several years. We trust them completely. They have been honest and very helpful. We just got a new furnace from Olson Appliance and love it! Its quiet and gives out a more steady heat. Olson Appliance has also helped us with our washer and dryer and our dishwasher. Every time Bruce comes he is willing to spend time teaching us how to make our appliances last longer and produce more efficiently. He always leaves everything spotless when he leaves. He makes you feel like your friend is taking care of you instead of a serviceman. We plan on using him for as many years as we can. Thanks Bruce!

When we moved to Utah from Massachusetts 8 years ago. we were at a loss to find a reliable appliance service contractor. The heating and air conditioning units for our new home were in really tough shape. Olsen Appliance was recommended and we decided to give them a try. Bruce at Olson Appliances has gone above and beyond in servicing our Sub Zero refrigerator and freezer over the last several years. I appreciate Bruce’s honesty and years of experience when dealing with numerous issues regarding our 19+ year old refrigerator and freezer. Olson’s took a negative experience and made it awesome! The initial visit didn’t fix all the Freon leaks on our central air conditioner, so Bruce came back on a Saturday (when the business was closed!) and found and repaired two other leaks. The diagnosing and repairs took several hours to complete, all of which were done for free because it was covered under Olson’s warranty. Great job!

We have had great service from Olsons for years. Whenever I have anything that needs fixing, I call Bruce. He is very honest and I respect his advice. He has fixed all of my major appliances at one time or another. I highly recommend Olsons.

In May of 2000, we had Olson heating and air conditioning replace our furnace and install central air in our home. We received several bids on the job. Olson’s bid higher quality equipment at a lower price. During the installation, Olson’s continually went the extra mile to ensure that the system was first rate and that all the little extras were installed to make a quality system. When we moved from Massachusetts about three years ago, we discovered that the heating and A/C equipment appeared to be the original that was installed 25 years ago. It was necessary to replace both systems because of obvious malfunctions and potential danger resulting from them.

In discussing our problem with a good neighbor, your company was recommended and we contacted you. You were able to respond to a challenging situation promptly and most helpfully. Despite obstacles, you were able to replace and supplement these existing systems, identify and repair leaks, and otherwise remove our concerns. Both of these systems have functioned perfectly as has a humidifying system you subsequently added. Under the contract, you have maintained all in excellent working order.
